I'm Melissa Gibbins, a full-time Florida Keys real estate agent helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most sought-after markets in the country. Since 2021, I've built my business on clear communication, strong negotiation, and a genuine client-first approach — earning two national certifications along the way: Military Relocation Professional (MRP), specializing in PCS moves, VA loans, and timeline-sensitive relocations for active-duty and veteran homebuyers, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), focused on vacation homes, investment properties, and second-home purchases in resort markets like the Keys.

Before real estate, I spent years in the scuba diving industry, where I developed sharp sales, leadership, and relationship-building skills — now put to work guiding clients through the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
